Windows Security keeps asking for my pin but keeps popping up without any errors

Hi,On Windows 10,Recently I've started having an issue where Windows Security is blocking Edge and other software. When I type in my pin I get the popup "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x800705b4 " then a Windows security popup: Making sure its you. Enter pin.Entering the pin just pops it back up. If I click "Use a method not listed here" then it does nothing and keeps blocking my work.Now every time when some site is asking for a two factor or similar it just jams Edge, so I have to use another browser.Edit: Disabling windows firewall does not help on this issue
