Windows10 files running in the background

Recently my laptop has started running out of memory every couple of minutes, mostly when I open Opera and YouTube files. I have deleted everything and reinstalled Windows, and still having the same problem. I checked Task Manager and see that Opera has around 30 pages running, although I only have 1 page open. Same with YouTube. How do I fix this, please????
