Windows 11 Photo App doesnt work if you upgrade from Win 10 to the latest Win 11 Version

It seems that there is an issue with the Photo App when you upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11.I found the following workaround so far. Opening the Photo App as Admin. Then it will work agian the next time you try to open it. Please update the post:Windows 11 Photo App Bug With Last Update? Maybe this workaround fixes the iusse for the user
