Error 0xc00000f

Hi, I have tried downloading a game from the epic games launcher but everytime I try my laptop keeps shutting off.It displays the critical_process_died message then I get stuck on the starting screen for hours. When I try to shut it down and start it again I get a screen with the error code 0xc00000f written on it.Is there any way to fix this problem ?Thanks
