How to remove myself from a family I created (Microsoft Family)

Hello, I have created a family with my main account connected to my alt account (alt is family organiser) and have accidentally soft-locked myself from leaving the family. I don't know what I've done and don't remember when I last did it (it was definitely around 1 year ago). Please help me I want to unlink myself from this family group I created, it's just me and my alt.
