PC won't work properly after a random BSOD

I randomly got a BSOD with the code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT on my PC, and then it was stuck on 100% for several minutes. I force shut it down because I saw several posts saying I should do so, then when I tried to turn it back on, my monitor, keyboard and mouse don't turn on. I have no idea what caused the BSOD, I didn't install any new drivers or anything like that recently. Any help or do I have to get a new PC?
