One computer can see the mapped drives from the other, but the 2nd computer can't see that mapped drives of the 1st one.

The 1st computer can see the mapped drives from the 2nd computer, but the 2nd computer can't see the mapped drives of the 1st one. MS Support was kind enough to re-install windows on each of the two computers, and that helped me map access to the one computer, but the other - not so much..I think it's a security issue, but I don't really know. One computer I sign on using a password, and the other with a PIN number.The old help ticket was #7042939370..Avery
