Payment issue

I have a problem and I want a solution for it and I don't know what to do. I'm from Egypt and I got the code for the free GamePass because I have an Nvidia card. I took the code and put it on the site. Then it asks for any credit card or visa, but we in Egypt have suspended international payments and I don't know what to do. I hope there's a solution. ??
