I tried to log in to my account recently and was given the message "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." I double checked the email was correct and it wasn't misspelled (it wasn't.) I then went to create a new account to see if my account had been deleted somehow, but when I tried with the same email, I got the message, "--------------@gmail.com is already a Microsoft account. Please try a different email address." I don't know what to do since I apparently have Schrodinger's account that both exists and doesn't exist at the same time.
