10-20 seconds freeze, then bluescreen, event ID 1796

Hello, I've been having a problem for a few months.I tried upgrading to windows 11 to push through updates etc - but I am still having the issueEvent ID in the log: 1796 of Event Viewer.Also Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.22621.1 keeps popping up. so I don't know if it is trying to install something and it can' then it crashes.I have created a minidumpPlease let me know where to upload it to so someone can read it and hopefully tell me what driver needs to be updated.
