I have a Windows partition set up on my mid-2019 MacBook Air. I set up a four-digit PIN to access my Microsoft account upon booting up the partition. In the past couple of days, it's started telling me my PIN is incorrect every single time I try to enter it, necessitating me to reset the PIN by having an authentication code sent to my recovery email and then manually entering it in again. I was attempting to go through that whole process today, but now whenever I try to enter the code that gets sent to my recovery email, it just tells me that something went wrong and to try again later.
