We recently purchased Microsoft Windows Server 2019 standard 16 core OEM license and SQL Server 2019 perpetual license from the reseller they had already installed and activated these products on Dell PowerEdge Server R7525 with two VMs running on it, there is no application installed yet on this serverNow the finance application which we are about to upgrade required Windows Server 2022 and SQL 2022, can we upgrade windows 2019 and SQL 2019 to Windows 2022 for free or do we need to purchase the licenses?
