This issue has been occurring for a year now and I still don't know how to fix it. Whenever I use anything that requires administrator access, the window for "User account control" appears saying if I want to allow the app to make changes to my device. I type in the correct password but instead of it proceeding to make changes, it goes back to my previous screen before the window appeared. I tried possibly everything I could do. I tried changing my account type, I tried changing my user account control settings, I even tried factory resetting my computer. It all hasn't worked and it's because
