I restored my windows because of audio issues, and choose the option to keep my files. Yet a very important app (Signal) was deleted.

I can't restore to a earlier windows safe as it says there is none. Please help me, my whole finance is decided on this app and the account that was linked to it.I got a ''removed apps'' document on my pc where is says it is one of the programs deleted. Ive googled different ''restore deleted apps'' programs, and one of them found ''signal deskop'' ''signal'' etc. But they want me to pay 100 euro that I dont have. Please help me I am freaking out. My life kinda depends on this. I choose the option to save my files for a reason... :( Thank you
