Hello,I am trying to install windows 10 on a old 2014 dell laptop. I am trying to install for two weeks but having problem. Here is little bit of background. My laptop hard drive went bad . I installed a new 500GB HDD. Update the BIOS to the latest version. Tried all kinds of settings in the BIOS but the laptop get stuck at the blinking cursure. Laptop is not booting from the Windows 10 USB drive. I have tried so many times but no luck then I decided to install Vista from the DVD disc which I was able to install it successfully.
