I am using a backup account since mine got hacked. I got an email saying my security info had been changed, and the email: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** had been added. Obviously, a hacker. I tried to log in using my email, but it said the account didn't exist. I assume the hacker removed my email from the security info, and changed the password so there's no way I can reset the password. All of the Microsoft help articles didn't work, and my account recovery form got denied multiple times (even though I provided a ton of info). Is there anything I can do?
