Hi,I have been using this PC for some years now, and the startup sequence has always been pretty fast, 5 seconds at most. But since some time last week, the task bar not takes a solid 2 minutes to load. I have tried disabling all startup programs and it didn't make a difference. In fact those programs won't start loading untill the taskbar has loaded.This does not happen only at startup, but if I restart the Windows Explorer process, it is also slow. Interestingly, if I just power off the computer, next time it loads fast again, but only the first time.There is not a notable increase in CUP, m
