I was resetting my windows 11 as my computer was crashing and going to a black unresponsive screen. now I am stuck in an infinite restart loop at 64% complete. the only control I have over the machine is that I can enter the BIOS page and that is all. I am unable to do anything else with the machine as it restarts after less than 1 second of displaying a screen that reads installing 64% please keep your computer on and plugged in. your computer may restart a few times.I have been stuck in this restart loop for 4 hoursI have tried the following access BIOS and rest boot to factory settingshold
