upgrading 2012 r2 standard to 2016 standard. In device manager there is a unknown PCI device listed. ven 10de and dev 1ad9. which equates to nVidia and TU104 USB type-C USCI controller. The graphics card is a Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000. Plane 4000. When i try to upgrade in place and keep files. The install goes fine until it restarts, it rolls back to 2012 with an errors 0xc1900101.i have tried to uninstall the graphics card through control panel. updated the chipset, firmware, bios. disabled the PCI in device manager. Trying the install after each change. Could there be Windows generic N
