Hi, I have a SCCM 2309 server want to update latest patch. As the server cannot connect to internet, I follow this documents to download and import the patch:Updating Configuration Manager in Offline Mode with the Service Connection Tool - Microsoft Community Hub After import, I can see the patch is "Available to download", however, when I start to download the patch, it have error "Sync to download update failed with Generic failure" Any idea to fix this?Best RegardsAndy
