my bluetooth got deleted from my laptop

there was something wrong with my bluetooth and i tried fixing it. people said to uninstall the adapter and it will automatically be reinstalled but it hasnt. not showing up in device manager (with show hidden devices) and nothing happens when i scan for hardware changes. restarted my computer nothing happens.
