Problem with 365

I purchased 365 three days ago. Since that time all Word docs have been opening in Read Only. I'm running Windows 10 and I never encountered this issue before 365. I need this fixed, ASAP. Any advice will be appreciated.If no advice, can anyone tell me how to uninstall 365?
