I was running the reset PC process but it's stuck so I forced a shutdown and now my windows is not working. For the first try when I turned it on, I was able to enter the setup mode where I could select windows, report troubleshoot etc. Then I chose to enter my windows instead of reporting troubleshoot. But for the second time, the screen did not load the same but instead it just shut down over and over again. Is there any hope of saving my files? I have tried booting windows with an external usb, but I wonder if that would still work in a case like mine. My PC is old and I also have a bit of
