Windows 10 update to Version 22H2 for X64-based system (KB4023057)

This update successfully installed 6/4/24 however it reset my font sizes and blew away all my user names and passwords plus cleared out all of the favorites and history I had saved over 2 days.I have auto downloads shut off but apparently my choice means nothing. Hours before this update I had no problems accessing sites that I had stored user names and password What exactly did this update do : 2023-10 and why is the label 2023-10
