Windows created a new account and every settings page or file says it doesn't exist. How can I fix this?

I changed the name of my PC and on my next initial sign in there is a blank account with no email or password typed in just zackd where the email should be on my lock screen its not there or if i leave the PC during sign in but every time I open the page its there and everything I have tried hasn't fixed it
