I’ve been locked out of my laptop all of a sudden. I’ve always been using Windows Hello to log in via PIN or face recognition, and its been years since I used the password. Today Windows Hello just disappeared and to log into my laptop they wanted my password which I have forgotten, as well as the security questions. I have no way to log in or reset the password now what do I do? Also I tried to google for help and they only ask me to reset my Microsoft password which I knew but still changed anyway, but it seems my Laptop’s password is different from my Microsoft password.
