Regainging ownership on my Local Disk

I indead make a mistake huge one, i removed all accounts from security tab on my local disk C: including SYSTEM,Administrators account.So now i do not have a premission to enter the file nor any of my apps are working, i tryed retaking ownership but it doesent work.
