How do I reinstate Cortana On my current version of Windows?

I have Windows 10.0.1904 1.3636, an update that was installed without my consent back in January, and I'm trying to figure out why Cortana is no longer working in this version. Is there a way to reinstate version 10.0.1904 1.1 without losing any of my apps and personal files?
