I am running Windows 11 Pro version 23H2 build 22631.3672.When I connect a USB device (two different USB keys and also my phone) I am not hearing the usual "ding", and I am also not seeing any of the devices in the File Explorer, nor in the disk manager utility. I also am not seeing any unrecognized device in the device manager utility. However, when I turn off my PC, I can hear the "ding" that I should hear when a device is connectedMy mouse, keyboard and controller are working correctly (they are all connected to my PC via USB).How can I fix this?
