Realtek drivers not installing

Suddenly my Realtek driver is missing from Device Manager. I re installed it. Didnt help. I hard reseted my pc, nothing worked. BUT It shows Realtek HD Audio Driver inside Control Panel / Programs and features. I tried literally everything.Also, browsed inside the website (Microsoft Community) i went through 50 posts and more, nothing worked.Would appreciate any answer.
