Taskbar crashes and restarts unexpectedly when modifying certain settings in Windows Settings

When I change some settings in Windows Settings, the taskbar suddenly crashes and restarts itself. Although this computer is supplied by the school, when I am adding another language to this computer, the taskbar crashes and restarts itself. What could that be?
