How do i fix mixed language on Windows 10 home?

I recently bought a windows 10 home key and i've tried to change the language and it worked on a few things but not everything. Some things are in English and some are in Swedish how do i fix this? I've read other posts about this and tried all of them but it still hasn't fixed the problem.
