Sorry for asking product specific questions but I have tried everything to find a fix and I just can't. Essentially, the product is installed completely properly, TRIPLE CHECKED this fact. All up-to-date drivers are installed for both WiFi and Bluetooth, the card itself is plugged into a USB 2.0 header, the receiver is screwed in, so on and so forth. The WiFi works amazingly well. The bluetooth is nonexistent at this moment. I can only connect my keyboard (which functions fine on bluetooth ive used it on other devices) about half the time on the bluetooth menu, and the other half will disconne
