Why does my audio cut out whenever I try to talk to someone on my PC?

I just got my pc, and I loaded up Counter Strike 2 and whenever I used the push to talk button, every other sound cut out. I tried to see if another app would do the same, so I loaded up Unturned, and it does the same thing. What should I do?
