My laptop failed to start, can't even turn on

I have a Dell laptop. Earlier today I clicked on Advanced Startup => Restart. My laptop then stuck in a black loading screen with a spinning cursor with no animation, I can't move the cursor as well. After 30 minutes I decided to hard reboot and after that it seemed the laptop had entered a kind of "coma" status. I've tried to turn it on but nothing happened, the screen isn't showing anything except when I hold D + Power for display test. The front LED light maybe the only thing that works in this computer. What should I do?
