How can I make the Windows Camera to open automatically in Windows 11

I know in general I need a shortcut in the Startup folder. But no matter what I do I can't get a Camera shortcut in the folder. I have tried to "Drag-n-drop" fail. I've opened the task manager to try to find the File Location. No Luck. This is only a convenience thing so it's really no big deal. And yes, I do have full Admin access so that shouldn't be an issue.
