Hello, thank you for helping me in advance. I have a Dell Inspiron 4590 and I have installed a modded version of Windows 10 on it. It is very popular and my defender never detected any virus on my laptop. Recently, I started getting a few blue screen of deaths. I turned off my laptop and turned it on again. Then I started getting sudden crashes and screen tearing and a lot of weird things started happening on my display.
