I've been using these headphones (G435) for a while and they've has some problems already like randomly turning off the audio but this time its even weirder. I was using these headphones to listen to music but randomly the audio got turned down until they went too 0/mute and so I tried to turn them back up via the buttons on the side of the headphones but it ended up going back to 0/mute and tried doing the same via the manual audio changer in the bottom right of my screen but it did the same thing. This only happens when they are connected (via Bluetooth). I'm not sure what I should do now. s
