Why won't bluetooth work on my pc?

The title pretty much says it all, bluetooth isn't working on my computer. I bought a new motherboard that supports bluetooth and wifi but neither work. I've installed drivers from intel and the Asus (the board is the Asus b550 f gaming wifi) and no sucess. Can anyone help?
