Problem regarding high ram usage

Recently I installed fresh new windows 11 and I am having trouble with high ram usage even in idle condition.There is this process called Windows Command Process, its consuming so much ram. When ever I boot into my pc it's already running, and even if I end task it and leave pc idle for 5-10min it will start automatically and start consuming RAM (I have 8 GB RAM)
