surface pro locked out. Pin doesn’t work and recovery code cant enter

When i try to login to my microsoft surface pro its keeps asking for pin. I tried to enter my pin and it indicates that the pin is wrong. I tried to do the recovery and go to the recovery screen but it didnt let me enter the code doesnt accept alpha characters.
