Xbox One Controller doesn't connect/work to PC Windows 11

To get this out of the way:Windows is up to dateController shows up in device managerI downloaded the app (it doesn't show up)I tried updating the drivers manyally (didn't work)I have another controller that is't microsoft, but that one doesn't work either.
