Trying to Play Body Cam on Steam... UE Visual C++ 64 download required/ error

Everytime I try to play Body Cam... It says I need to install UE Visuall C++ 64I click yes... it gets to about 75% complete and stalls... then says this Please help... All other games work on steam. Thanks.
