Not getting any help from the 800-642-7676 or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** regarding Microsoft charges on two different credit cards. NONE of the charges are mine. I am 75 years old and why would I have an X-box according to your statements? I had to have a neighbor kid to tell me what an X-box is. Fraud division told me to call your number and I get a message to go to the website. Neither will let me talk to a real person about me having to pay 5 different Microsoft charges.
