I bought a new screen (Dell Alienware aw3225qf) and if I try to change the refresh rate to 120hz, Taskbar and Tray Icon look pixelated.

I bought a new screen (Dell Alienware aw3225qf) and if I try to change the refresh rate to 120hz, Taskbar and Tray Icon look pixelated. I took photo with the Snipping tool but it does not show at all I don't know why.So I used my phone instead.
