I got a Sculpt 1559 Keyboard and have put three sets of brand new batteries in it. There is no way to know it is on or working. My PC with Windows 10 and laptop with Windows 11 is not detecting it. You can't setup the driver app if it doesn't detect it. This thing doesn't have a manual and the Quick Start Guide doesn't show how to pair. What kind of design work is this? You can't do any diagnostics because you can't even tell if it turns on.Am I missing something? My bluetooth works fine as I have a devices already connected. Windows is up to date.
