Move OS and files to new drive.

My son’s PC is running out of space (500GB SSD) and, instead of adding a storage drive, I want to move the whole volume to a new 2TB SSD, including the OS without having to buy a new W10 licence. What default Windows tools and processes would you advise? Once completed I would remove the old SSD, leaving him still with just one drive (C:)
