I can't open Microsoft store because it says "This app has been blocked by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator for more info.

I have a Windows 10, and even when I adjust my UAC settings to never, nothing changed, I was still getting the error code above. Here is a screenshot of what I came across and can't get past for more details...
