We lost power after a storm. Computer was plugged into a surge protector. However the screen was dark. Ran 4 hr DIA it says no boot device found!

We had a power outage after a storm. The computer was plugged into a surge protector. I turned the computer back on and had a black screen starting check a few thing. After pressing f2. The final DIA was. No boot device found. Not sure what to do. Please help asap. I need my computer! Thank you
