I can’t boot 64 bit operating systems on my laptop

I have a 32 bit operating system currently installed. When I use Rufus to create a new windows 10 64 bit iso, and boot from it, I get an error ‘bootia32.efi not found, cannot continue’). After asking chat support and googling some solutions, putting the 32 bit uefi boot loader (bootia32.efi) instead of the 64 bit boot loader, and boot from the drive, it gives me a new errorRecoveryYour pc needs to be repairedThis 64 bit application couldn’t load because your pc doesn’t have a 64 bit processor.
